Poetic Justice

The Supreme Court may just get what it desires. Justice Souter's home could be in trouble. Check this out. Eminent domain is tyranny, especially when private entities can take land or other property from other private entities. I hope the SCOTUS learns from this mistake.

I just watched Logan Darrow Clements of Freestar Media interviewed on Fox News (Hannity and Colmes.) He is a professed objectivist which explains his desire to put copies of Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged" in each hotel room.

On H&C, Clements stated that he specifically chose Justice Souter as the target of eminent domain proceedings because Souter was the last Republican appointed justice (appointed by Bush 41) and since his appointment he has forgotten or ignored the concepts of individual rights and the freedom to own private property.

Clements also stated that he would not necessarily limit such eminent domain actions to just Souter. Souter was at the top of the list and his hotel idea could always expand into a chain of hotels. Do you hear that Justice Ginsburg? You may be next!
