Eminent Domain = Tyranny

Here is the story. Ayn Rand is turning in her grave on this one. The government of a town in Connecticut is trying to steal private land because it is in the "public interest." Another case of elitism run rampant. "We know what is best for the city as a whole, so we are going to take your property and redistriubte it to another private party for development."
